Aligning heart and brand – our commitment to sustainability is real

No company today will survive tomorrow without a clear purpose and ethical leadership. At our company, we truly believe that and we have been aligning ourselves with the right values since the beginning. To stand for the earth and contribute to fighting against climate change, Inocência Manoel, INOAR's co-founder, was at Leaders Week in New York in September in support of the United Nations Global Compact, the world’s largest corporate sustainability initiative.

 

Our company initiatives are deeply aligned, now more than ever, with the global ecological priorities and the principles established by the Global Compact. The UN Global Compact Leaders Week provided business leaders with an opportunity to meet with government, civil society, and youth leaders to identify clear actions to respond to the climate crisis and accelerate the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The SDG Forum featured insights from the 2019 UN Global Compact Progress Report, a stocktaking of efforts of participating companies to embed the Ten Principles on human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption into their work and the TWR showcased trailblazing female executives, founders, and entrepreneurs and launched another global initiative: The Target Gender Equality.

  

We continue to take INOAR and our customers to new levels of excellence, by creating the most innovative products and services that promote well-being, quality, safety, and socio-environmental responsibility. All new INOAR products are 100% vegan, are not tested on animals nor do they contain ingredients of animal origin. Additionally, INOAR is working on formulas that are free of silicones, parabens or synthetic preservatives, while seeking out more botanical ingredients.
